The Airport Terminal

One rainy dull night, I heard Mum and Dad clomping down the stairs
at midnight. It was time to drive down to Auckland Airport. We were
getting ready to fly down to Dunedin.

A few hours later, we were waiting for our airplane to arrive. However,
Dad heard an announcement that our plane had been delayed.  
Mum, Dad, Josie and I were waited around the airport for what felt like
ages. Before long, we were all feeling really bored. First, we  headed
towards Paper Plus and we looked at all the TY Beanie Boo teddy
collection. Next, we ate some chocolate from the cafe. After that, we
talked about what we were going to do at Kaka Point in South Dunedin.

Finally, Mum said it was time to board the plane.  Josie and I lined up
to stroll into the plane. Even though we were tired, we were relieved
that the fuss was finally over.
