Keep Mangonui Ataahua

The trees grow high around the sparkling harbour of Mangonui. The yachts and boat sit on the
bumpy water The big shark swam around Mangonui harbour.  I think Mangonui does not
deserve to be covered in plastic.

When you buy something covered in plastic, remember to put the plastic in the bin. As soon as
you litter, it will eventually make its way to the sea. The fish will nibble it up an and it lays tummy.
We eat the fish and poison ourselves.

In addition to putting rubbish in the bin, buy what  you can recycle and reuse. Often, you go to
the shop and come out with plastic bags. Next time, bring a reusable bag, not plastic bags.

If you stop using single use plastic, it won't pollute the oceans. Glad wrap looks like floating
jellyfish. Sea creatures eat the plastic and die.

I think Mangonui is a beautiful place to live in. I think Mangonui should be kept ataahua.
